We met with the Guardian rep today to confirm our choices for cable and telephone outlets. All went smoothly. Afterward, I emailed our PM, though, to see if they could sure up the studs where the tvs are going to be hung. The center studs seemed a little too weak to hold a heavy tv.
We were surprised by all the little things that have gone in the house since our last walk through. Let's see...we saw our brick in the front yard, a real lock on the front door, both furnaces, full hvac, plumbing, bathtubs in both full bathrooms, refrigerator plumbing, molding for our windows, and our fireplace!!. Enjoy the pics!

ReplyDeleteVery nice
If it wasn't so cold I would have gotten in!
DeleteBet you were thinking of how nice that fireplace is going to be on the cold days :) Nice window caps. I'm looking forward to seeing your brick because I think we picked the same (Berkshire, right?). Haven't seen it online or in person yet...
ReplyDeleteYup, Berkshire! I don't think we have seen it on a house yet that we know of at least (so hard to tell). Just the little sample. They should label the houses they complete so you know what you're looking at! It is exciting and nerve wrecking! And yes, SOO looking forward to the fireplace!
DeleteIt’s good to see things coming along together, particularly the plumbing part. I can now imagine how the house will look like. Just make sure that the plumbing system in the master bath is ready for future renovations or remodeling, if ever. +Javier Hallum
