Inside Progress Pictures!
Went over to the house and to our surprise, workers were there putting in our tile plus other goodies were installed!! We are rollin'!!

ReplyDeleteEverything looks great! Are you doing a gas or electric range? I'm just curious because I noticed you were able to get the 48" cabinets above your stove area. Very nice. :)

DeleteWe are doing electric. I love the look of the gas range but I've never cooked with gas. I do love the full cabinet above the range. I might have to ask about that.
DeleteWe didn't ask for it, they just did it! I didn't even realize it but in our townhome (also a Ryan) there is not a full one. That is interesting. I think it comes standard, but can't hurt to check!
DeleteJo- if you ever cook with gas you will NEVER go back to electric, LOL!
DeleteThe cabinet above the stove that goes all the way to the ceiling is now standard with Ryan Homes. They have to vent the stove to the outside as part of the latest Energy Star certification.

DeleteYes, we are slowly settling in! We turned our keys in to the old place last week and it feels official. So now I get to focus on our new home! YAY!
