Spoke too soon!

We had our first hiccup. Since out A/C was installed on the winter it was not tested or charged up. As a result, the upper level unit didn't cool when we turned it on. Our PM warned us that could happen and the A/C repair people are coming this afternoon. At least it got cooler at night! Slight bump but nothing too major which is good! More of a pain than anything since it got so hot so suddenly!

  1. I think you're in MD right? Yesterday was so nice (and today too)! Hope you get your A/C fixed in a timely manner (saw 80+ on the 5-day forcast).

  4. So far the response to any little issue has been awesome! This is no one's fault, product of building in cold temps! Yes, in MD, where Spring disappears and it is all of a sudden Summer! It was definitely hot upstairs. hopefully this is the worst of it!

  6. I guess we should check our AC. It was warm enough to turn it on yesterday, but we didn't.

  8. That's too bad. At least it should be an easy thing to correct. My sister lives in MD and I look at the weather forecast there, can't believe you guys are seeing 90's already. We might get snow this weekend here!

  10. All fixed. Nothing actually broken. They forgot to turn it on. Took 30 seconds and they turned it on. Done.

  11. My AC was a dud too, but I gotta wait 6 whole damn days for an appt. Maybe an indication that my area is overloaded with things NOT working.
